Lisa's Crispy Chops

From the kitchen of Lisa Stephens - Maricopa, Arizona

6 pork chops
3 eggs, beaten slightly
2 cups crushed soda crackers
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Dip pork chops in egg, then roll in dry mixture. Fry over medium heat in a small amount of oil until dark, crispy brown.
